Rebel Well Therapy

Rebel Well Therapy was the beginning of me challenging my own imposter syndrome. Challenging the little voice that tells you you couldn’t possibly do it. I wanted to start my own practice to prove to myself that I could, to take the ideas I have about therapy and make them my foundation. I have a passion for working with people of all ages and helping them see that they can challenge the messages of their mental illness or of society. Rebellion doesn’t have to be loud and aggressive, sometimes the most powerful act of rebellion is saying enough is enough and choosing change.
